My fitness journey began during my university years while I was pursuing my Finance degree. Like many, I grew up playing sports — hockey and golf were my mainstays. Naturally athletic and lean, I was always active, but as I got older, I wanted to put on more mass and take my fitness to the next level.
Diving into the world of fitness, I sifted through the endless streams of information online. I absorbed as much knowledge as I could and immediately started applying it to my own training.
After years of dedication, research, and trial and error, I achieved a physique that I never imagined possible when I was younger. Now, I’m driven by a passion to help others reach the same results and build a body they can be proud of.
